Graduate Microcertificate in
Extension Education
This graduate microcertificate can benefit agricultural educators, extension agents, industry-based trainers and consultants, information specialists and technology-management professionals as well as students enrolled in Bumpers College graduate degree programs. It expands knowledge of education, leadership and communication.
Students will be able to:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the philosophy of the U.S. land grant system and the Cooperative Extension Service.
- Develop extension education skills through practical experiences supervised by extension education experts.
- Demonstrate improved knowledge and skills related to agricultural leadership and/or agricultural communications.
