Courses also provide preparation for careers in government service, including internationally oriented paths, such as the foreign service, intelligence and foreign aid, and development agencies. Political science students are also prepared for domestic political careers, such as consulting, research, polling, policy and regulatory analysis, and political campaign staff roles.
