Study online with established music industry practitioners in various fields to explore contemporary topics including music law, entrepreneurship, and audio technology and production.  

Coursework in this certificate program reaches beyond traditional scope of music performance, composition and education to cover modern challenges and opportunities in the music industry. The program’s flexibility provides access to any U of A major or non-traditional student. Current students of any major can ask their advisers to add the certificate to their plan stacks. Non-degree-seeking adults working in or considering a career in the music industry must apply to the U of A to enter the program.
