The 6-credit hour graduate microcertificate in Decision Support for Operations Managers is open to students with a STEM undergraduate degree. Students will learn how to develop and implement a mathematically sound decision process for single or multiple objective decisions, with both known and uncertain inputs; clean, join and analyze disparate data from multiple sources to support operations management decision-making; analyze and visualize multi-dimensional datasets; and communicate data and analysis results to support operations management decision-making.
