Making Connections

If we cannot directly assist you, we will find the person who can. Liaisons can reach out on your behalf to help resolve setbacks and connect you with other offices. Afterwards, we'll touch base to ensure you received the help you needed.




We Can Answer the Following Questions

  • Am I eligible to apply for this program?     
  • What is the status of my application?
  • When do I “go” to class?
  • Will I need to come to campus? 
  • Can I study from outside of the U.S.?
  • What’s it like to be an online student?  
  • How do I switch to an online major?  
  • Is there someone I can talk with if I feel disconnected from campus?
  • It’s been months since I enrolled in a class. How do I do that?
  • Why is there a hold on my account?
  • I haven't heard from my instructor. What should I do?

What We Can Do

  • Help you navigate university systems, websites, and procedures
  • Provide you with information about online programs and classes 
  • Connect you with campus resources, like academic advising centers and the Treasurer's Office
  • Assist you with completing your application

 

What We Cannot Do

  • Enroll you in online courses or perform overrides
  • Provide academic or course advice
  • Process transcripts or other application materials
